Improve trim extension on end of scenes
Fix the drag handling behavior for extending media clips that reach the end of the scene

Moving VoiceOver to an empty scene doesn't work
Create a new scene, drag a generated VoiceOver from one scene to the new one, it's not possible. workaround is to create a dummy VoiceOver in the new scene, then you can drag one in.
